GreenUnique Building Maintenance Services Corp was established in 1997 and is dedicated to providing uncompromising quality, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Our cleaners, porters and other employees serve a diverse range of company and organization clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island.

Unique has been certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the Port Authority of NY/NJ and as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) by the NY State Department of Economic Development, Division of Minority and Women's Business Development.

Great employees are the foundation of any successful company. Unique's company officers have combined experience of some 70 years in the janitorial and building maintenance industry.

Mary Ann Minucci, RPA – President
Mary Ann has led Unique since its beginning in 1997, backed by more than 25 years of overall experience in the industry. She has extensive experience in the fields of management, business development, sales, property management, financial and administrative services. Mary Ann earned an Associate of Science degree at State University of New York Empire State College in 1985 and her Real Property Administrator (RPA) – BOMA certification in 1997. Mary Ann is very active with Covenant House and Mercy Home for Children. She keeps current with her Real Property Administrator skills with continuing education classes at BOMA and Regional Alliance. In 2012 Mary Ann was selected for the Humanitarian award from Covenant House for 18 years of service on the organization's Dinner and Journal committees.

Gregory Voesack – Senior Vice President
Gregory has 33 years of experience in cleaning and janitorial services, including directing and training personnel.

Ramon Vargas – Vice President of Operations
Ramon has 12 years of experience in cleaning and janitorial services, including stone restoration.
